Stress Divided

“Stress is an inevitable part of modern life, but too much of it can be devastating to your health.”

That matches the common health definition of stress:

Physiology. a specific response by the body to a stimulus, as fear or pain, that disturbs or interferes with the normal physiological equilibrium of an organism.” (dictionary.com)

The ironically stressful problem is stress is not always bad (e.g. healthy workout at the gym), so defining it as such is devastating, because high-quality communication is key to high-quality relationships (including the grand societal one), and stress is the most serious fundamental when defining harm, so law — and all of the resulting stress from worst through best.

Because science overwhelmingly reveals reality to be purely physical (despite the questionable boundaries commonly separating body from mind and spirit in this scientifically boundless reality of unimaginable richness demonstrably spanning beyond perceivable dimensions), even the health definition of stress ultimately comes down to the physics definition of this important word:

“the physical pressure, pull, or other force exerted on one thing by another; strain.” (dictionary.com again)

Your stress signature is the complex set of those pressures (from within your brain throughout the rest of your body). The extreme ‘yeah or nay’ on being stressed out is not enough, because optimal adaptation for survival (i.e. best health) comes from understanding the details of your stress signature (obviously without being stressed out about it). Good stress applies to certain pressure points, and bad stress applies elsewhere, so you know where to focus a necessarily more granular remedy.

One intervention that has shown to be very impactful is mindful meditation, when people sit in silence and allow their minds to untether themselves from any particular thought.”

Psychedelics play a strong technological role here too, because they are psychological symphonies affecting overall mentality in waves basically spanning a handful of hours each. Like waves smoothing out a coastline, simplistic balancing psychedelic textures (e.g. “Cheese” cannabis strain) absorb unhealthy stress modulations (e.g. wild mood swings), so smooth out mentality for stability.

That’s logically why my personal caregivee has made dramatic improvements using medical cannabis, while dealing with Alzheimer’s disease (apparently on path to validating the first drug capable of opposing that horrible disease).

Meditation is all about balance. As addicts can painfully attest, there’s no “free lunch” in reality — positive dominance (posdom for simpler communication) such as pleasure must modulate into negative dominance (negdom) as discomfort for reality’s necessary balance.

Sure we inevitably experience at least some mental modulation (enough pleasure and reasonably challenging discomfort), but caring about pleasure management is a form of caring about health in general. For prime example, euphoria is not a good thing, unless it’s intelligently used to help diffusively balance out from serious mental hell — a lesson too many people, including too many recreational painkiller users, fail to learn for some unacceptable reason.

Because psychedelics can easily form a stabilizing mental structure (i.e. upon proper effects styling, instead of a wildly disorienting effect, which can also be achieved even to overwhelmingly severe degrees), they effectively educate the user to more quickly recognize the indisputable value of meditative benefit (i.e. they drivingly impress a balanced mindset upon the user for instant awareness of that benefiting goal without the perhaps many meditation lessons that still may fail to bring the student towards experiencing that benefit).

In other words, balance dominance (baldom) sensibly reduces both posdom and negdom for mental stability and therefore better health.

An uncountable number of people will suffer as society trudges along without enough care over that verbal distinction and consequent utility. That unhealthy stress ripples against sound judgement, so the unhealthy stress loop continues. Like too much carbon dioxide pushing our planet to the downward spiraling point of no return in the form of a greenhouse effect similar to Venus, too much unhealthy stress from insufficient care could plunge our species into a feedback loop of unhealthy stress to the point of extinction.

Stress is the new frontier of health (I even feel safe saying stress is health), but society has yet to even come close to fully recognizing that fact, because of the common joke involving everyone being stressed in life. Increasing stress textures for a more granular stress signature is needed to remove that truly idiotic obstacle leading to the enormous burden on our healthcare system.

That starts by truly embracing leading science claiming reality is an ocean of energy from humanity’s perspective, so each one of us is a seamless part of that ocean (all boundaries are purely subjectively defined — what most, if not all, other people, including at least too many mainstream scientists, remain unaware of is the fact that literally no science even suggestively proves any boundary exists where it’s perceived to be — e.g. quantum uncertainty). If we cannot understand that fact, then we cannot understand that health is all about energetic tuning (a far more complex version of tuning a guitar).

Such tuning is why psychedelics work so well upon proper use (and why they can be so dangerous upon abuse). The overwhelming number of stress signatures throughout society means the one-size-fits-all approach to mental drugs is likely unhealthily stressful (logically why such drugs have ample unwanted side effects), while the oceanic set of psychological structuring possibilities from psychedelics gives everyone the right option for their unique situation (a fact that even the best cannabis publications unfortunately have yet to even state — though that will likely change upon increasing legality).

In other words, taking distinctions too seriously is the fundamental problem in science and health. Psychedelics modulate informational energy in so many surprising ways, the user cannot help but break away from rigid distinction to experience modulating energy to the richest degree of possibility (loosening up the mind like an athlete loosening up stiff muscles for injury risk reduction and optimal performance — i.e. “untether themselves from any particular thought”).

I'm an honest freak (or reasonably responsibly balanced "misfit", if you prefer) of an entertainer working and resting as my careful contribution to help improve society. Too many people abuse reasoning (e.g. 'partial truth = whole truth' scam), while I exercise reason to explore and express whole truth without any conflict-of-interest.
