First Time Meditative Benefit

Prompted by “What Happens When People Meditate for the First Time?”:

The prompting piece is worthy of supporting for better public health, so highly recommended reading.

The following is my relatively brief and seamless (and apparently probably unfamiliar) connection.

Considering mainstream scientists have only proven objective distinctions do not exist (distinction is purely subjective), mainstream science lines up perfectly with meditative claims.

Each one of us is a subjectively defined set of energy currents, according to mainstream physics.

If you don’t believe this entertainer, go find the most credible physicist(s) and request scientific evidence confirming particle (or any other) distinction. Based upon my ample research into their summarized conclusions, they’ll at least tell you that particles act as waves, and that particle position and momentum cannot be simultaneously measured (Uncertainty Principle). They’ll likely tell you that particle distinction is “fuzzy”.

When you put all of the science together — energy, mass, and space are not objectively distinct, as commonly believed (even by many, if not all, mainstream scientists for some unknown reason to at least yours truly — if you’re one of those scientists, I respectfully would love to learn that reason).

Mass and space are logically purely energetic due to the absence of objective distinction.

Mass is already basically understood to be energy, as proven by Einstein’s most famous equation demonstrating energy and mass conversion (mass is highly condensed energy).

My hope is scientists will take that logic and stop rigidly defining space (e.g. 11 dimensions in string theory), but treat space as energy in their math. That includes running spatial parameters (e.g. number of dimensions) through sinusoidal function (the sine wave being the sole pattern of all complex waveforms, according to mainstream science, but oddly never mentioned as such by mainstream scientists — again, I respectfully invite them to explain their position to this science enthusiast).

When scientists logically end their ironically religious embrace of distinction (challenging to do, because science understandably needs distinction for progress, but not impossible to do upon understanding the subjective quality of distinction, which can then be factored into scientific conclusions and pursuits), an unimaginable boost in technology and health logically emerges.

That includes popularly understanding that your health is all about energetic tuning — which is obviously why meditation (and optionally proper psychedelic use) works so brilliantly well in helping people adapt to unhealthy stressors.

Dutchman Wim Hof is able to control his immune system with meditation. He has been in the Guinness Book of World Records 20 times for accomplishments like climbing Mt. Everest and Kilimanjaro in nothing but a pair of shorts and shoes, with no water or food, when temperatures easily reach 50 degrees celcius.

Mr. Hof is a master meditator, but those masterful accomplishments offer a powerful hint to the future of human capability without requiring ample resources to master those strengths.

Psychedelics are a seriously powerful and flexible class of mental tuning tools. They can be used mildly for minimal tuning improvement through basically extreme unavoidable pinning to cosmic oneness with whole truth.

Without verbal education (which isn’t always effective), psychedelics providing Zen-like sensations (through harmoniously symphonic mental filtration) can demonstrate meditative effectiveness for beginners without requiring otherwise more meditative experience.

Meditators relax themselves to minimal energetic modulation, so naturally reduce stressors (including preventing distortions capable of leading to any sickness — i.e. problematic energetic flow). They understand that reality allows for unbelievable possibilities (and reality is not objectively distinct, so subjectivity itself is energetic modulation which can be minimized to increase the sensation of ultimate oneness and therefore peace), so have no problem achieving powerful control over their health and beyond.

Psychedelic modulations may be offensive to those mastering meditation (producing unwanted or simply meditatively ignored modulations), but can greatly (if not gloriously) help people already dealing with harsh (and even complex) stressors find healthier balance.

There’s so much more to say here, and I could probably do a much better job refining this post for accuracy and conveying logical humbleness, but the rough nature of science, meditative appreciation, and psychedelic appreciation matches the rough qualities apparently contained within this post. This paragraph may even read like a wave honestly pounding at the shores of your mind.

Humanity’s roughly energetic quality matches that of this universal explosion. Galaxies are factually accelerating away from each other as you read this, which means the Big Bang is still banging and we’re all a seamlessly physical part of that explosion (which explains a lot about psychological and sociological issues, doesn’t it?)

As with any explosion, there are pockets of relatively minimal energetic force, and that’s where peace can be temporarily found for the essential balance required for stability (so survival and “thrival”).

Anyone within reality modulates, so all sensations are temporary for worst through best. Only when subjectivity (distinction) volume settles to an infinitesimal degree do we all logically resonate as one reality extremely and literally without definition (which requires relativity — which cannot possibly exist, because one cannot exist outside of existence itself). But since subjectivity is obviously a seamless part of reality, it too seamlessly modulates with that objective extreme as the fundamental sine wave of reality itself — modulating subjectivity to form everything we perceive as reality from our human perspective (the limits of our subjective view form the boundless reach of complexity).

Words here will always fail to resolve (subjective exercise — even the best scientific demonstration of such distinction — can never reach objective completion), but meditative release can maximally resonate with whole truth to form literally the ultimate experiment (at least imho).
