Inflammation Basics

Inflammation controls our lives. Have you or a loved one dealt with pain, obesity, ADD/ADHD, peripheral neuropathy, diabetes, heart disease, stroke, migraines, thyroid issues, dental issues, or cancer?

If you answered yes to any of these disorders, you are dealing with inflammation.

Sadly, most of us are suffering from one or more of these disorders but have no idea how to eliminate inflammation. Most doctors are utilizing pharmaceuticals in lieu of getting to the root cause.

The prompting piece continues to elaborate upon the situation, but staying true to my ‘get to basics’ styling here, I offer an additional and ultimately fundamental way allowing basically anyone to undermine inflammation.

We start with the purely energetic nature of reality, at least according to mainstream physics. As such, you’re a subjectively defined and unimaginably complex set of energy currents (roughly millions of them forming just one cell among the scientifically estimated one trillion cells in your body).

When those currents flow normally, you’re healthy. When stressors disrupt that flow, unhealthy buildup (inflammation) occurs, and survival then necessitates healthiest adaptation.

As energy is seamless (importantly noting the absence of even one shred of scientific evidence ever concluding even one objective distinction), there’s logically a resonating ‘oneness’ of reality without distinction.

Tuning into that oneness by meditative rest (maximally resting your brain by “taking your foot off” of the mental “accelerator” and allowing your brain to best idle like a car — including resting the part of your brain responsible for drawing distinctions) allows you to best experience your most natural idling (healthiest default energetic flow). That’s why you’re taught to focus solely upon your breathing towards the meditative destination.

Ironically, that tuning constitutes exercising your purest core muscle. The more you experience that tuning, the more aware you become of your default balance (synonymous with stability). The oneness of reality is your ultimate base, and it can always be returned to upon meditative rest to strengthen your healthiest idling flow.

Better exercising your core muscle (perhaps with technological aids such as softly balance-encouraging psychedelics, and/or eventually computerized mental protection) is the logical future of healthcare.

The Placebo Effect logically works, because your mentality is basically the energetic conductor of your body. When your mind flows right, your body can flow right (otherwise, all bets are off).

No expert can abandon basics in light of the advanced increases in their area of expertise.

That includes society itself. We (as society) have no true grounding, because our grounding is the ferocious battle of personal agendas causing overwhelmingly complex energetic distortions against our excessively naked minds.

Damage from those distortions tragically exacerbates the problem, because personal agendas “to protect the children” are relied upon as the reasonable solution (because of responsible presentation styling with strongest leverage against proper opposition).

Our minds are constantly exposed to stressors like waves pounding away to corrode the shoreline. We’re taught to submit to that oligarchy-serving reality (everyone is stressed out, so just get over it).

Productivity is work, and rest is a stoppage in productivity, according to unbearably common idiocy.

Rest is also productive and necessary for positive health. Ultimately, sanity orders each one of us to find the balance (stability) between a healthy work ethic and a healthy relaxation ethic. Less work can be more productive (e.g. work smarter, not harder).

People such as yours truly trying to tie commonly key events and other points to logically grounded and complete basics are recklessly instantly condemned as idealists, but that remains unfair in my case.

If I’m ideal, then feel free to respectably expose any error I provide. I never have interest in upholding wrongness to make a buck (or such), and constructive correcting is obviously true progress.

Energetic shielding is logically the future of preventative care, if the continuous bombardment of stressors doesn’t allow stupidity to prompt our species’ destruction.

Similar to how Earth’s magnetic field protects us from solar radiation, and similar to how clothing can better protect us from the elements, your consciousness needs what I call the Zen shield.

While the Zen shield may sound like a heinous new age product meeting your credit card transaction for my obscene wealth, that shielding is simply equal to the aforementioned best tuning as one with reality for optimal adaptation.

Strengthen your Zen shield (with or without technology), and you strengthen your health to avoid inflammation — all without even slightly contributing to the heavy burden upon our severely ironically distorted (i.e. inflamed) healthcare system.

No Zen shield is eternally perfect (and your situation shapes the form needed for your Zen shield — so there’s no just set it rigidly and leave it mode), because each one of us modulates within reality, so health problems will always be a part of life.

The Zen shield is a spiritual recharge (if you will) similar to whales breaching the ocean’s surface to breathe. It’s also equivalent to the common ‘in the zone’ experience, where reality’s supremely dominant need is for your success in work or rest.

In the competition of societal structures, the one with the best Zen shielding logically wins, because members of that society can best adapt to the pounding waves of raw energetic truth like our astronauts do via their spacesuits. In other words, composure needed for competence is maximized by the Zen shield.

I founded the Stress Health entertainment project, which has been naturally formed in pure conformance with my muse, so naturally unfamiliar against formal entertainment structuring (which explains any oddity you find from my approach on this front).

As I continue promoting my audio sculpture series titled “Healthy Work Ethic”, hopefully people will understand that Stress Health’s (probably unfamiliar) expression of that key ethic represents the inhale portion of the whole project.

That’s the tension buildup for the upcoming “Healthy Relaxation Ethic”, which will be the exhaling release of restful entertainment (including naturally sporadic publications of audio and other forms of entertainment sculptures) for better Zen shielding.

May your Zen shield be righteously strong.
