Medical Government Nonsense

From: “Why some medical marijuana patients, caregivers are uneasy about legal weed”

“And some proponents believe medical marijuana professionals just don’t want to lose their monopoly.”

For clarification, we are talking about their government-sanctioned monopoly “to protect the children”, and all of the hideous private sector abuses that come from monopolistic force (a force that is supposed to be illegal, based upon anti-competition laws established roughly a century ago).

“…big business may try to impose regulations to keep other players out…”

Big businesses do not impose regulations. Governments impose regulations by way of financial and other politicized pressures. In other words, do not try to pin this all on the private sector, if you are a traditional leftist cheerleader for public sector interference increasingly applying unhealthy stress against our “free” lives for “public safety”.

Regulations are ironically the real risk and even danger (e.g. preventing medical access in Massachusetts for a couple of years even after medical legality) involving cannabis.

There is nothing for the legitimate medical cannabis community to worry about, because there is (for the foreseeable future) a healthy demand for the medical focus within cannabis culture.

There are cannabis strains that pertain to both medical and recreational usage, and those strains will be widely available — as long as a harmless free market can thrive against retarded regulatory pressures preventing consistent and widespread strain availability, and preventing critical small business innovation (i.e. locking in oligarchical “success” by expensive regulatory hurdles — as has monstrously happened in the medical industry in general to allow rampant price fixing to severely rob the public in the name of “free healthcare”).

There will sensibly be many medically focused services available to help guide medical users through cannabis culture to find the right intake method, intake amount, and strain(s) for their situation — and wise consumers will tap into Yelp (and such) to “vote” out the corrupt businesses.

Instead of allowing monopolistic leverage via government support with no regard for quality (because regulations are usually cheap “solutions” that are easily bypassed for oligarchically abusive sake), medical cannabis professionals have to leverage their competence for that support — and that can only be a good thing for society.

I'm an honest freak (or reasonably responsibly balanced "misfit", if you prefer) of an entertainer working and resting as my careful contribution to help improve society. Too many people abuse reasoning (e.g. 'partial truth = whole truth' scam), while I exercise reason to explore and express whole truth without any conflict-of-interest.
